Hey guys, just got done reading some webpages on CWS (Celebrity Worship Sydrome).
In a study conducted by some psychologists they categorized the Sydrome (Regintis) by three levels. With Regina I would place me on level two.... I AM NOT A CREEPY STALKER FAN, lol the last thing I would want is for Regina to think im creepy. And yes I have a life. I do have Regintis pretty bad though....What are you on the scale with Regina???? Entertainment-social This dimension comprises attitudes that fans are attracted to a favorite celebrity because of their perceived ability to entertain and become a social focus such as “I love to talk with others who admire my favorite celebrity” and “I like watching and hearing about my favorite celebrity when I am with a large group of people”. [edit] Intense-personal The intense-personal aspect of celebrity worship reflects intensive and compulsive feelings about the celebrity, akin to the obsessional tendencies of fans often referred to in the literature; for example “I share with my favorite celebrity a special bond that cannot be described in words” and “When something bad happens to my favorite celebrity I feel like it happened to me’”. [edit] Borderline-pathological= (Obsessed Bjork Fan/Reginaoverdose haha JK. This dimension is typified by uncontrollable behaviors and fantasies regarding scenarios involving their celebrities, such as “I have frequent thoughts about my favorite celebrity, even when I don’t want to” and “my favorite celebrity would immediately come to my rescue if I needed help”. We hope you enjoy your stay.  I would like to think I don't have any kind of disorder, thanks very much. I'm a hypochondriac naturally, and since Regina has a very small likelihood of giving me an actual disease, I'm going to go ahead and just not diagnose myself... I wish you wouldn't have broke my camera. |

Yay I don't have anything beyond the entertainment-social level. The other levels are scary... Feeling that kind of a bond to a person you don't know is just... too much.

I'm probably halfway between Entertainment-social and Intense-personal. I do feel like I have a bond with regina, but its a bond with her music that cant be put into words and because she created that music.

i think i have a mix of one and a little bit of two
