Today I was grocery shopping at Whole Foods and my daughter said, "Hey! Listen! It's Regina!!!" And it was. Regina singing Better.

My sharp and attentive daughter found it. It is from a local Swedish TV transmission made at the Way Out West Festival in Göteborg, Sweden, where Regina performed August 11 2007. We were there. The rain was pouring during most of Regina’s set, but she was great as ever. Here are some recordings made closer to the stage. |

Ok this was a while ago so I can't remember the exact song but I was in a store with my friend and I definitely heard a Regina song...and it wasn't Fidelity OR Better. That I know for sure because I got really excited and proceeded to sing a long with it. Haha that's why my friends don't like to go out with me in public

They are all Swedish, except for a few odd ones. Regina is quite big in Sweden and she was one of the top names of the festival. Strangely enough she is almost unknown in Sweden’s neighbouring country, Denmark, where I come from. So she still isn’t everywhere, I guess…  |

just an hour ago i was walking through the crowded halls leaving school when two blond chicks walk up next to me and i over hear the one girl saying "you know that one regina spektor song? i looked it up and its called better..." etc etc. i thought it was so weird that i overheard them talking in a school of 4,500 kids. crazy ____ New York is bigger than a pirate ship, the sun makes everything look like gold and silver ____ |
