Obviously there can be exceptions. Mine have generally come about 2 weeks after ordering them in the past on presale. My Philly tiks came in one week.

No, presale is not all of the tickets. If it's GA it doesn't matter. If it's seated, you definitly want to go presale. But why take a chance?

Yes.

I'd call the box office with your concern.

The thing that made me regret buying pre-sales last time: People who had tickets in-hand were flooding into the venue the second doors were opened, and everyone who had pre-sales had to wait in the will-call line, which wouldn't process any will-calls until the doors opened. The most frustrating thing in the world is being at the front of the line until doors open, and then when they do, you have to stand there and wait for your tickets while everyone walks past you... Being in the front of the line is better than not though, and I still ended up with a good spot, but I'm short, so it was a big worry for me when I saw these people flooding in while I stood there like a sucker. Grrr. Delivery option this time though, so that's a little better.
