I wore one of my nicer collared shirts and a pair of jeans. I did see people in suits, tuxs, and dresses, but I don't know if I would go so far out.

I wouldn't stress too much. People go all kinds of ways. I've seen people very dressed up, very dressed down, and everything in between for both indoor and outdoor concerts. Whatever you choose, you should be fine Smiler

As sweetestdownfall said, dont sweat to much about this! Whatever you wear you will most likely be fine......I say dress nice, but definately not all the way out. Just, you know, decent.....

No, that is a really good question!
I wish I thought about all seated in-door concert dress code two years back. I went to a Suzanne Vega show. I'm a regular concert goer but I was never in an all seated venue. It was summer so of course I wore shorts, T-shirt and sandals and felt like a total idiot. Seriously, there even wasn't any security, only usherettes dressed in their best night dress... Jeez, worst part was when photographers started to freak out running around trying to take a picture of someone. I looked closer and realized that that someone was the highly respected former president of the Czech Republic. I wanted to crawl inside my seat and die, haha.

So, wear something nice. Alwas better to be over than underdressed.

I personally love to dress up any chance I get. I was half tempted to pull out my tux or at least a suit but that would probably have been a little overdressed even for the amazing venue she just played. I ended up wearing a very nice dress shirt, slacks, dress shoes and a dressy jacket but not a "dinner jacket". My friend who always tends to dress down didn't look at all out of place in a nice t shirt jeans and sneakers.

Years ago I remember going to see Diamanda Galas (one of the most amazing singers of our generation) and it was also at an opera house. Her fans vary wildly from goth teens to upper crust opera aficionados and it was interesting to see kids with mohawks and other non traditional looks renting tuxedos and limos for the event.

Where we just saw Regina play was a beautifully restored opera house but I know when she plays Austin tomorrow it will be almost the complete opposite at Stubbs BBQ restaurant.

Holy crap that's gorgeous.

I almost always wear dresses, seated or not. Just because, it's for Regina afterall. That, and I spend every day of my life wearing navy blue scrubs, so the opportunity to wear cute little dresses makes me happy.

I love you, that's why I'm here.
