Here’s the scoop: Spektor has just released the track Eet as the second single from her new album and she’d like fans to show her what the song represents to them.

So get out your crayons, pastels, watercolors, fingerpaints, construction paper, macaroni, knitting needles or anything else you feel like getting creative with. Or if you prefer to be 21st century about it, fire up Photoshop or Illustrator and go to town. (Heck, you could even use the Windows Paint feature).

Then take a picture of your finished masterpiece and send it to reginaspektor@pollstar.com. You have from now until Oct. 13 at 11:59 p.m. PST to get your entries in. Enter as often as you like. (And here’s a little extra incentive: Your work might just end up on Regina’s Web site.)

Five winners will be chosen by our crack team of art experts (doormen, bouncers, bartenders, ticket takers and janitors count, right?).

"The Clocks Were Asleep" with orchestral backing would be delicious.

Eet is an excellent choice. I think it's more represenative of her catalogue than Claculation or Laughing With.

The b-side will probably one the far bonus songs - Riot Gear or Time is all around perhaps.

Hey this is cool! I'm gonna enter this for sure... If only I had some artistic skills... Oh well.

I'm curious about b-sides as well...

This is a great choice for the next single.

They've forgotten, forgotten how to sing

Eet is amazing. I am so glad she picked it over The Calculation. The Calculation is cute, but Regina can do a LOT better (ie Eet).

I'm a little disappointed. I know most people here/everyone will disagree with me, but I don't think Eet is that great. I don't like it that much, anyway. I think it's a nice song, but I prefer The Calculation, and I think it's a little strange that Eet is the next single because it's such a serious song, like Laughing With.

Hey you're entitled to your opinion. I think Eet is one of the best songs she's written, but that's just me. I see your point about how two serious songs in a row may not be the best choice, but I think the song's catchy title will bring it some attention, and its good enough to keep people listening. Plus the video is just fabulous, and has the potential to become iconic.

I agree Rosa, the Calculation would be a much better single. That said, if I can find the time I'm so doing this.

I think Eet is a great choice! I don't think its serious. It's a light song about falling out of love (or out of a relationship depending on your take on it). I think anyone can relate to it and it has a good mainstream appeal. It will do really well and the "eets" are catchy and radio friendly.

the calculation would be a good choice but she has a video for eet already and its fantastic so yeah. to me its a good choice.
