Seriously. Every time I want to go see a movie, I'll ask someone to go and the most common response I get is "I'll just download it." And I either end up going by myself or not going at all. It's fucking ridiculous.

Depends where you go (and what time) really. Edwards seems to be the priciest but there are tickets out there in the single digit price range. |

Movies are not cheap, plus it costs so much to get drinks and snacks. If you are a student, that isn't easy to afford.

i prefer the term "thrifty". by the time hubby and i leave the movies, we've spent 30-40 dollars. that's a lot of money....

Though the upside at some theaters is student discounts, which is really the only time I'd go. (Or if I want to see the movie badly.) --- "Two birds on a wire... one tries to fly away, and the other..." |
