this is a rant...so.......
im ranting about you people that are creepy-ly(is that a word?) obsessed with regina, specificly her hands
i understand being obsessed with her voice, its pure and amazing and tons of other things
and i understand being obsessed with her, shes gorgeous and cute and funny, etc. etc.
but her hands?
hands are hands
its the emotion, the pure emotion flowing from her
i really really dont mean to offend anyone
but....
the way i think about it.......
imagine it like this
all her emotion she puts into her songs and love and stuff is kool-aid
the pitcher is her heart, her body
the glass is our ears, her cds, etc.
her hands pick up the pitcher to pour the kool-aid into the glass...
now imagine you are a photographer taking a picture of this occurance (spelling?)
what do you take the picture of?
the kool-aid being poured into the glass, or the hands doing the pouring?
the kool-aid
its the things, the words, the emotion coming from her that we can "justifiably" be obsessed with
but her hands.....as cute and danty as they are....are still just hands
and again, i mean no offense
and all of this is just a matter opinion
but its a rant

I'm sure it's fair to say she has nice hands, since these are the tools she uses to create the wonderful music we all enjoy so much.

If its not I mean no offense. I'm just a bit concerned as to why you are so upset about peoples' obsession with hands...

and i dont think theres anything particuarly creepy about people thinking regina has nice hands, its not like they want them mounted on their wall or anything (hopefully not anyway, that WOULD be creepy). she just has nice hands, and they play the piano very well. i like the kool-aid analogy though, and i kinda se what you mean, but think, if there were no hands to pour the kool-aid into the glass, then it would stay in the pitcher forever, undrunk (is that even a word??) and we would be really thirsty, so the hands are kinda inportant.

im not obsessed with her hands haha but i think its justified because.. i mean.. if you go to a hairdresser (their occupation being to cut hair) and they have wonderful hair, then you can really like it because it shows their talent! so regina has amazing hands... not just because the anatomy of them or their looks and stuff.. just because they've got the power!!!!
