M'kay so me and my soul mate leah sometimes get these ramen noodle soup cups at school. The school used to buy Maruchan brand but now they've been buying Cup Of Noodles brand. They're both good but Maruchan was definetly better.

What do you think the best brand is?

I love all flavors of instant ramen. My favorite flavor is chili, though.

While the topic of Ramen noodles is being discussed..is it pronounced "ray-men" or "rah-men"?!?! I asked tons of people before hahaha, most people said "rah-men" but everyone is very stubborn in what they think the correct pronunciation is.

I pronounce it "rah-men", although I knew one person who got confused and pronounced it "Roman". Big Grin

Wikipedia says it's pronounced both ways. Sorry, I know that doesn't help.

Fairly certain it's "Rah-men." I don't think the Japanese pronounce the Ra as "ray."

"It's like saying, I could cook a little at home.' But then someone's like, 'Dude, you could be a gourmet!' And you're like, 'Fuck you! I make omelets. Yeah, I'm a gourmet."

Everytime I make Ramen noodles, I cut up some franks and stick them in the microwave, then I put them in my soup. My dad always boils them with the noodles, but I like putting them in the microwave because you get a better flavor. Wink
