i just moved into my apartment, it is top floor with 2 sides facing outside, it is cold...
i want to make broccoli and cheese soup and i am not sure how to make it?

by the way the red is just to break the monotony!

Cheese And Broccoli Soup!!

1 qt. water
2 c. diced potatoes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. diced onion
20 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta or American cheese

Mix water, potatoes, bouillon, onion and broccoli together.
Cook until done, about 20-30 minutes.

Add soup and cheese.

Simmer 15 minutes.

Heres the vegeterian/vegan friendly recipie

3/4 cup water
1 cup cauliflower, or broccoli chopped (or a combination)
1 cup cubed potatoes
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese

the cookbook says you can add or take out any vegetable. or add more cheese! or make it with cauliflower and broccoli or just cauliflower. You got plenty of options
